Situation:
Baker-Hughes needed to capture industry statistics—demographics, policy and procedure norms, trends in expatriate administration—and compile norms for populated out-of-country assignment areas associated with the oil and gas community.

Solution:
LiveWire developed an intensive survey that incorporates an administrative section that gives Baker-Hughes the ability to manage the site with user specifications and permissions. The application notifies users of required fields and sections and dynamically provides survey results. End-users can initiate a survey, save the survey prior to finishing (including attached survey logic), restart a survey from the last point of completion and track the questions answered. Survey information and attached survey logic are stored in a database for future site visits. The results are dynamically graphed on the administrative site and are published as normative data, to include averages, highs and lows, medians, and first and third quartiles.
