The all-new “My-Conti.com” came to life with a familiar Continental Tire style, packed with total compensation information that matters to Conti employees—benefits, payroll and a host of HR information. Through the site, the employees can also use a state-of-the-art retirement income calculator to project their future retirement income, including spouse information and personal outside investments. My-Conti.com, has increase participation as well as appreciation for the company’s benefit and retirement programs.
