Situation:
Goodrich wanted feedback from their employees about their newly launched People Program. They wanted their employees to weigh in with their thoughts and ideas. Was the aerospace ace really reaching their employees? How useful was the program to them?

Solution:
LiveWire developed a survey tool to be used as a measurement for feedback. The survey was made to be easily accessible to employees and developed to consume the least amount of time while it gathers large amounts of information for HR. The tool is a questionnaire that has three types of input questions and the aggregated data is immediately accessible in an easy-to-read format similar to the questionnaire itself. The site efficiently provides HR with the feedback they need.
